The Bridge Advisory Group Capabilities and Services

 

  • Provide a DC presence for advocacy, business development, intelligence, communications, and quick response.
  • Determine the decision-makers within federal agencies, such as Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Veterans Affairs, State Department, and then engage them with information regarding client capabilities/strategies/goals.
  • Enhance current contacts and relationships within federal agencies.
  • Establish opportunities for observation and assessment by key Congressional and Administration decision-makers.
  • Represent your company at DC conferences, engaging with relevant Washington advocacy associations.
  • Find, vet, and facilitate potential teaming opportunities, and leverage current teaming arrangements.
  • Maximize and cultivate geographical/political footprints.
  • Engage key Members of Congress, their staff, and committee professional staff to explain capabilities, expertise, and issues of interest.
  • Generate communications by Members of Congress to Executive Agencies.
  • Coordinate actions and communications between key congressional staff and the staff of agency legislative liaisons.
  • Influence the Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Proactively participate in the legislative authorization (policy) process to codify language and/or study directives (to generate or mitigate requirements).
  •  Influence the legislative appropriations process to direct and/or protect funding.
  • Capitalize on diverse and obscure funding and policy opportunities.
  • Ensure any relevant funding is not diverted or rescinded and can be provided through advantageous contract vehicles.
  • Monitor and respond to potential adverse actions, e.g., protection from threatening legislation, funding cuts, regulations, bureaucratic issues, and communications initiated by adversarial entities.
  • Assist in campaign contribution decisions and in the formation of a political action committee (PAC).
  • Proposal and capture support.
  • Assist in due diligence activities.
  • Assist in development and execution of a complementary state and local strategy (e.g., FEMA responders, local administrators, and non-governmental organizations).
